Envision Greater Fond du Lac is excited to announce the launch of the fourth training cohort of Leading Through People and Processes, a training program offering skill development for new supervisors or those with limited experience. The fourth training cohort will begin on July 23, 2020.
This original learning opportunity is open to members of the Fond du Lac area. This program is designed to equip supervisors with the essential tools needed to effectively lead through knowledge and skill acquisition.
Participants will: explore leadership theories to better define their own approach to situations; learn communication strategies for use in one-on-one, group and process-centered settings; review performance management tools for accountability, goal setting and self-discipline; examine the role of leadership in terms of planning, supervision and discipline; and delve into change management as it pertains to innovation and continuous improvement.
This six-month program is learner-centered and led by a facilitator who is credentialed in a number of leadership tactics. The financial investment in the program includes the classroom experience and all course materials. Envision Greater Fond du Lac members do receive discounted admission.
