The Talent Journey: Attraction & Employer Branding

This presentation will cover how to identify and improve your competitive advantages as an employer as well as how to spread the word from employer brand to job descriptions and referrals. Amanda is the CEO of newance, a NEWaukee powered talent agency, bringing creative solutions to talent challenges across Wisconsin. She loves people and questions so the world of talent was meant to be. With over a decade of experience in engaging tough to find and even tougher to recruit talent, she’s passionate about growing the Midwest’s talent community.
