Ribbon Cutting at Lake View Place

Celebrating the re-opening of the retirement community

Envision Greater Fond du Lac hosted a ribbon cutting with member organization, Lake View Place, to celebrate their re-opening following a year-long limited-visitation status.

Lake View Place, a senior living community, offers compassionate care in a beautiful setting. Lake View Place develops individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed nurse is on call 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Residents enjoy a pet-friendly community where they can keep up with hobbies or discover new ones such as exercise classes, coffee hour, card and board games, bingo, and tai chi. Residents also go on outings for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

“We mark this day as a new beginning for our cherished residents.  They will re-establish their connections with each other here at Lake View Place by finally enjoying a meal together in our dining room or just by playing cards with each other in our community room,” Edith Ferguson, Community Relations Manager, Lake View Place, said. “After so many months of being strong, enduring isolation, they will now be able to venture out into the Fond Du Lac community not only to take a walk but most importantly to reunite with their loved ones.  We are so happy for them!”

Lake View Place is located at 517 Luco Road in Fond du Lac. To learn more about Lake View Place, please visit them online.
