Envision Greater Fond du Lac has hired Crystal Dekker as their new Assistant Director of Membership and Programs, as well as the Director of Young Professionals of Fond du Lac (YPF).

“I’m really looking forward to cultivating new relationships with the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac and getting to know our members,” Dekker said.

In this role, Dekker will work alongside the Director of Membership and Programs to develop and implement membership retention strategies and procedures; support special events, projects, and programs to enhance member value; and work with new and existing members on onboarding and relationship maintenance. Additionally, as the Director of Young Professionals of Fond du Lac, she will be the principle contact and staff liaison; maintain an accurate membership database; and work closely with community and civic organizations within the communities served.

Prior to joining the team at Envision Greater Fond du Lac, Crystal was the public relations coordinator at Van Horn Automotive Group in Plymouth. She was nominated for both Best Under 40 and Ambassador of Year through the Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce. She holds an associate’s degree in marketing form Lakeshore Technical College.
