Cultivating Connections: Fond du Lac Area Breakfast on the Farm Connects Community to Modern Agriculture

Celebrate National Dairy Month with Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Agri-Business Council

Envision Greater Fond du Lac’Agri-Business Council will host the 37th annual Breakfast on the Farm during National Dairy Month on Sunday, June 28, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Tower View Acres, N7268 Tower Road, Mount Calvary.

For 37 years, the Fond du Lac Agri-Business Council, a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac, has provided community members with the opportunity to experience first-hand agriculture at Breakfast on the Farm. Fond du Lac County celebrity guests and volunteers will once again be serving a large country-style breakfast including eggs with ham and cheese, pork sausage, pancakes, applesauce, coffee, and milk served in the Lakeview Electric Contractors Food Tent. Tickets cost $10 for ages 13 & up, $8 for ages 6-12, and children 5 & under are FREE. Culver’s custard cups will also be available for $2 a cup and available in two flavors: Strawberry and Holstein (Cookies and Cream).

Breakfast tickets are available for purchase at Envision Greater Fond du Lac (23 S. Main Street, Suite 101, Fond du Lac), Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s website (under events), all Fond du Lac County National Exchange Bank & Trust locations, both Fond du Lac Horicon Bank locations, and FVSBank in Fond du Lac.

Other activities include a local cheese tasting tent, the Alliant Energy Foundation Farm Education Zone, a petting zoo, farm tours, a kiddie pedal pull, children’s activities, and much more. This year’s location, Tower View Acres, is a great example of a modern dairy that uses both an automatic feeding system and robotic milkers. Ron and Mary Baus started farming in 1983. In 2016, their son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Diana came on as partners and formed Tower View Acres. They currently milk 220 cows and farm 690 acres. The family is excited to welcome you to the farm!

“Breakfast on the Farm is an excellent way for the public to learn about modern agriculture. Each year the farm’s story is different based on the location,” Amy Ries, Director of Agricultural Programs, Envision Greater Fond du Lac, said. “However, every location shows how agriculture is a vital industry in Fond du Lac County and the whole state of Wisconsin. We need to celebrate being America’s Dairyland.”

Free parking and shuttle service are available from Fond du Lac High School (801 Campus Drive, Fond du Lac). UTV & ATV parking and handicap parking are also available at the farm. From the delicious, farm-fresh breakfast to educational displays, tours, and children’s activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy on the farm!
