Individuals who are passionate about leadership, developing people, and strengthening workplace culture are encouraged to apply for the Fond du Lac Human Resources Management Association (FDL SHRM) scholarship, a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac. FDL SHRM is committed to supporting professionals and students who play a critical role in helping businesses attract, develop, and retain talent across business, education, government, and nonprofit sectors. By promoting professional development, continuing education, and peer learning, the program helps build stronger organizations and a stronger local workforce.

To support the next generation of leaders, $1,500 in scholarship funding is available for students pursuing a two- or four-year degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Typically, one to two scholarships are awarded each year to help students advance their education and career goals. Applications must be submitted by April 17, 2026, and recipients will be notified by June 5, 2026. This scholarship provides an opportunity for students committed to leadership and workforce development to gain recognition and financial support as they prepare to enter the profession.
