New Sabres bring fresh energy, diverse experiences, and a shared commitment to learning, service, and community to the student body
Marian University is welcoming a new generation of Sabres to campus this fall as students from across Wisconsin and beyond begin their Marian journey. This incoming class will join returning students for the 2026 – 2027 academic year, beginning August 23, 2026.
The incoming class represents the continued growth and momentum of Marian University as students choose the Fond du Lac campus for its personalized academic experience, career-focused programs, and strong sense of community. With opportunities to learn alongside dedicated faculty, participate in experiential learning, and become involved on campus and throughout the community, new students are beginning their college experience with a foundation designed to help them thrive.
“Every incoming class brings something special to Marian University,” Aaron Sadoff, President, said. “These students arrive with their own experiences, talents, aspirations, and goals. We are excited to welcome them into the Marian community and look forward to seeing how they learn, grow, and become the best for the world.”
This incoming group of students, both freshmen and transfers, represent 23 states and 4 countries, with students pursuing degrees across Marian’s diverse academic offerings. From nursing and health care to business, education, science, construction management, and the liberal arts, students are preparing for careers and lives of purpose.
“College is about much more than earning a degree,” Sadoff said. “It is about discovering who you are, building relationships, finding your purpose, and preparing to contribute to your community. We are honored that these students have chosen Marian to be part of that journey.”
As the new academic year begins, the incoming class joins a university community that includes students from across the country and a network of alumni making an impact in communities throughout Wisconsin and beyond.
