What do you enjoy the most about your career? Being able to help people make clear, confident decisions about big life moments. Money is often emotional, and when I can bring structure and calmness to that, clients genuinely appreciate it.

What words of wisdom would you share with other YP’s in relation to career building? I would focus on continuous learning and taking initiative. Every industry changes vastly overtime so keeping up with the changes is crucial in continued success.

Who or what inspires and motivates you to be your best? I’m motivated by the responsibility I have to my clients and the trust they place in me. Knowing that advice I give can directly impact someone’s financial future pushes me to continually improve. I’m also inspired by mentors and peers in the industry who lead by example and challenge me to grow both personally and professionally.

What are 3 Characteristics and/or Strengths that make you who you are?

  • Strong communication – I focus on clear and understandable topics and always make sure to follow up with clients
  • Discipline – Stay consistent in my approach and committed to long-term results
  • Relationship Driven – I genuinely value building trust and long-term connections with clients

What is your favorite thing to do in your free time/a hobby you enjoy? I enjoy golfing at local golf courses in the area.

Name something you enjoy doing in the Greater Fond du Lac Area that others should check out: I’d recommend checking out the local golf courses and parks in the area. They’re a great way to enjoy the outdoors and unwind, especially during the warmer summer months.

What is your favorite part about being in YPF and how has it benefited you? My favorite part is having the opportunity to connect with other young professionals in the community. It’s been a great way to build relationships and stay engaged locally.

How do you engage in our community? I engage in the community by attending local events. Fond du Lac and the surrounding areas always have an event that supports local businesses no matter the time of year. It’s a great way to engage and support the community that I live and work in.

Share a lesson you have learned or a nugget of advice with other YP’s: Stay consistent and be willing to take initiative early in your career. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, but the habits you build now will set the foundation for long-term success.

What do you love about the Greater Fond du Lac Area today and what is your hope for its future in the years to come?  I appreciate the strong sense of community and the balance between small-town feel and growing opportunities. My hope is that the area continues to strongly grow while maintaining a close-knit community atmosphere that makes it a wonderful place to live and work.
