What brought you to Fond du Lac?
Fond du Lac has always been home for me, and I have been fortunate to build both my family and career in a community that has played such a big role in shaping who I am today.
Professionally, I am a business owner, a real estate professional with Keller Williams Envision, an investor, landlord, and entrepreneur. Through Keller Williams, we had the opportunity to help establish an office here in Fond du Lac while growing Vossekuil Real Estate into a team focused on serving our clients, creating opportunities, and building something much bigger than simply real estate transactions.
What do you enjoy most about your career?
What I love most is helping people achieve one of the biggest milestones in life: homeownership. Beyond helping clients buy or sell a home, I enjoy educating people on how real estate can become an asset that creates long-term financial stability, wealth, and opportunity for their future. I am also deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and building businesses that create opportunities not just for myself, but for others to grow alongside me. Watching people build wealth, create freedom, and think bigger about their future is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
What words of wisdom would you share with other YP’s in relation to career building?
Always stay learning-based. You never want to be the smartest person in the room because growth happens when you are constantly learning from others. Stay true to yourself, remember that your network is your net worth, and understand that nobody succeeds alone. Own your mistakes, use failure as fuel, and remember that failure only becomes permanent when you quit, not when you pivot.
Who or what inspires and motivates you to do your best?
My biggest motivation is simple: my two children. They are constantly watching my actions, learning from the way I handle challenges, and seeing firsthand what perseverance, hard work, and resilience look like. More than anything, I want to set an example that teaches them they are capable of building whatever future they choose for themselves. I want them to grow up knowing that hard work, resilience, and believing in yourself can completely change the trajectory of your life.
What are 3 Characteristics and/or Strengths that make you who you are?
I would say the three characteristics that define me most are resilience, leadership, and integrity. I have learned how to continue moving forward even during difficult seasons and understand that true leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room, but about creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed alongside you. Integrity has always been one of my strongest values, and I firmly believe that how you treat people, the promises you keep, and the consistency with which you show up matters just as much as success itself. I am always thinking bigger about what can be built, whether that is for my family, my business, or the community around me.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time/a hobby you enjoy?
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my kids, especially during Wisconsin summers. You can usually find us spending time at the lake, traveling and exploring new places, volunteering, or simply making memories together. I am also passionate about teaching others about wealth building and financial freedom. Otherwise, you will most likely find me in the stands cheering on my son during hockey, football, baseball, or soccer season.
Name something you enjoy doing in the Greater Fond du Lac area that others should check out.
There are so many great things to enjoy in the area. Some of our favorites are visiting the Fondy Sports Complex, making a stop at Kelley Country Creamery, and spending time outdoors at places like Kettle Moraine State Forest and Mauthe Lake Beach. We are fortunate to have so many incredible outdoor spaces and family-friendly activities right here in our backyard.
How do you engage in our community?
Community involvement has always been a foundational piece of both my business and my personal vision. I strongly believe that success should create opportunities to give back, and I have always wanted to build a business that makes a meaningful impact beyond the work we do every day.
Every year, we partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac to host a Meet the Easter Bunny event with crafts and treats for local families. We also host Pictures with Santa alongside Envision Greater Fond du Lac while organizing an annual toy drive that benefits a different nonprofit organization each year.
In addition, we regularly organize food drives for local pantries, school supply drives in partnership with community organizations, participate in volunteer efforts through United Way of Fond du Lac County, collect outerwear donations for shelters and foster care organizations, and provide education around estate and wealth planning for members of our community.
One of the initiatives I am most excited about this year is our 5th annual Belong Wisconsin Color Run/Walk & Fun Benefit happening this July. This event supports siblings who have been separated through foster care and adoption by helping provide a week-long summer camp experience where they can reconnect, strengthen their bond, create joyful memories, and experience the sense of belonging every child deserves. We are currently seeking sponsorships and raffle basket donations to help support this event, and we would love to see the community come out and join us. There will also be a bags tournament, bounce house, and fun for all ages.

What do you love about the Greater Fond du Lac Area today and what is your hope for its future in the years to come?
Success is rarely built alone. Focus on building meaningful relationships and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you, support your growth, and genuinely want to see you succeed. The strongest businesses, careers, and communities are built through collaboration, not competition. Invest in building a community around yourself because the people you surround yourself with will often shape how far you go. At the same time, do not chase every shiny object or every new opportunity that comes your way. Focus, consistency, and discipline will always outperform constant distraction.
What do you love about the Greater Fond du Lac area today, and what is your hope for its future?
What I love most about Fond du Lac is the sense of community. It has always been a place where people show up for one another and where supporting local businesses and giving back truly matters. My hope for the future is that we continue creating more fun opportunities, education, and experiences for younger generations that will help shape an even stronger community for years to come. I want to see future leaders equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to build something meaningful right here at home.
