On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the Fond du Lac Family YMCA will be hosting our 2nd annual fundraiser, “Calling Community for a Cause.” This radio-a-thon, silent auction, and cash raffle event, in partnership with Sunny 97.7 FM, will help support cancer survivors in our community through the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA program.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free 12-week, small-group fitness program that engages adult cancer survivors through an approach that focuses on the whole person. Participants work with trained YMCA staff to build muscle strength and endurance, increase flexibility, improve energy levels, reduce the severity of treatment side effects, restore balance, and improve functional ability to complete everyday tasks. The program includes a free Y membership for the survivor and their supporters, through the duration of the program.

We are asking for you to consider supporting this event through cash raffle ticket purchases, or through a direct online donation. Cash raffle tickets can be purchased at the Welcome Center desk at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, 90 W. Second Street, for a chance to win $1,000, $500 or $250. Winners will be announced during the event at 6 pm. Tickets are 7 for $100, 3 for $50 or 1 for $20. Donations to the fundraising event can be made at the QR code below.
