We’re All In Grant, Envision Greater Fond du Lac Spurs Economic Recovery in Fond du Lac County

More than $1.4 million dollars invested in businesses throughout the County

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) reports through their preliminary information, 369 Fond du Lac County businesses received We’re All In Small Business Grants, totally $922,500.00, as part of the phase one distribution.

In additional to grants provided through WEDC, the City of Fond du Lac’s Community Development Block Grant program invested $150,000; Fond du Lac County’s Coronavirus Micro Loan program invested $280,000; and the Waupun Community Development Authority COVID-19 Downtown Business Support Program invested $64,512.02. All these grants and loans were processed and administered by Envision Greater Fond du Lac and Fond du Lac County Capital Resources (FCCR).

The State of Wisconsin has invested in Wisconsin’s COVID-19 recovery efforts in other ways, too. Thus far, 16,520,959 pieces of personal protective equipment has been supplied to communities throughout Wisconsin; 1,881,892 testing and lab supplies were distributed to communities; 26, 120 small businesses were assisted; 15,249 Wisconsin Farms were supported; and more than $200 million was invested in recovery of local and tribal governments. In total, $1.99 billion has been invested in Wisconsin (as of October 19, 2020).
