Verve, a Credit Union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cyrene Wilke as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO). Wilke joins Verve from Horicon Bank, where she served as Chief Operations & Information Officer.   

In her new role as COO, Wilke will provide strategic leadership and oversee Verve’s operational infrastructure. She will ensure that processes, systems, and service delivery align with organizational goals, compliance expectations, and member experience standards.

Wilke holds certifications from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the UW-Madison Graduate School of Banking, Digital Banking School, and the St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership. In addition to operations and technology, Wilke is passionate about building high-performing teams and serves as a trusted advisor to other leaders in the financial services industry.
