Verve Promotes Kristin Steede to Vice President of Culture + Capability

Verve, a Credit Union, announced that Kristin Steede has been promoted to Vice President of Culture + Capability. In her expanded leadership role, Steede will lead Verve’s strategy for onboarding, training, leadership development, and team member growth. As the newest member of the Senior Leadership Team, she will help ensure Verve’s values are consistently reflected in everyday experiences across all teams and locations. 

“Kristin has built a strong foundation for how we develop and support our team,” said Kevin Ralofsky, President and CEO of Verve. “Her leadership will help ensure our culture grows with purpose and supports the experience we strive to deliver across our entire organization.” 

Since joining Verve, Steede has helped shape enterprise-wide engagement and development strategies rooted in Gallup’s Q12 framework, advancing leadership accountability, cultural alignment, and workforce performance across the organization. Steede’s experience as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and strategic talent development leader reinforces her passion for helping people and organizations grow with purpose.
