Marian University NCAA men’s ice hockey  (0-4-1, 0-3-0 NCHA) was defeated by No. 4/4 St. Norbert by a 5-1 final.
 

• St. Norbert opened the scoring 6:54 into the game and took that advantage all the way into the second period.
• Junior Caden Carlson evened the score with 4:50 left in the second period with assist from junior Cole Carlson and freshman Andrew Politoski.
• The Green Knights were able to regain the lead heading into the third with a goal at the 17:44 mark.
• St. Norbert built its first multi-goal lead of the night 1:45 into the final stanza.
• A pair of special-teams goals then put the final at 5-1.

• St. Norbert finished with a 49-16 advantage for shots in the game.
• Marian was scoreless on two power-play chances and St. Norbert was 1-for-4.
• The Sabres finished with 31 face-off wins to 33 for SNC.
• Marian has now dropped nine-straight games to the Green Knights.

	Junior Caden Carlson scored his first goal of the season.
	Sophomore Nicholas Von Kaufmann (0-2-1) stopped a career-high 44 shots.
	Freshman Andrew Politoski recorded his first collegiate point.
