The Arc Fond du Lac, Inc. hereby provides notice that it intends to apply to the (Wisconsin Department of Transportation or urbanized area of Appleton, Green Bay, or Milwaukee) for the following transportation projects under Section 5310 to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities in Fond du Lac County:

The Arc Fond du Lac, Inc. is requesting 1 human service vehicle:  Medium Large Bus Accessible Side Lift Ambulatory/Wheelchair.
