Seniors Jackson Sweeney and Shay Nolen have been named to the All-NACC Honorable Mention, as released by the NACC Thursday.

Sweeney (Hastings, Minn.) ends a spectacular career earning his first All-NACC selection.  He once again reset his own single-season record for saves making 232 stops. His 17.85 saves per game average was not only best in the NACC but ranked sixth in the entire country.  Sweeney also had his best season in terms of save percentage at .555 and second-best season for goals-against average at 14.31.  Sweeney had double-digit saves in all but one game with four performances where he had at least 20 saves.  His top performance of the season for saves was a 28-save performance against Dubuque, while his best game for save percentage was against Clarke where he had 18 saves and a .667 save percentage.  Sweeney finished his career the all-time leader for wins, saves, and saves per game.

Nolen (St. Louis, Mo.) served as an anchor for the Marian defense once again earning his second All-NACC award.  His 20 caused turnovers were good for second on the team and were the ninth-most in a single season in program history.  Nolen caused at least three turnovers in five games posting a season-high of four in the season opener against Alma.  He also had a season-high for ground balls in that game with nine. Nolen finished his career second all-time for caused turnovers with 75 and seventh for ground balls at 159.
