Steven Rosencrans to be an Interim Assistant Principal at FHS for the 2024-25 School Year.

The Fond du Lac School District is pleased to announce that Steven Rosencrans will serve as interim assistant principal of Fond du Lac High School for the 2024-25 school year, effective August 8, 2024. Currently an English teacher at the high school, Mr. Rosencrans has been with the school district for the past seven years. He will fill the position vacated by Mackenzie Olszewski, who is moving to the Woodworth assistant principal role.

Mr. Rosencrans began his teaching career at Perry Tipler Middle School in Oshkosh, WI as a seventh and eighth grade literacy teacher during the 2006-07 school year. He then taught English at Menasha High School from 2007 to 2017 before joining the Fond du Lac High School staff.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with majors in secondary education and broad field social science with minors in history and English/Language Arts. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the same institution.

Mr. Rosencrans was chosen following his successful application to our administrative hiring pool. This initiative allows us to strategically plan leadership opportunities and growth for promising staff members. We are excited to have our 2024-25 leadership team in place and look forward to continuing our dedication to changing outcomes for our students.
