SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital security officer receives BEE Award

Jeffrey Kiener, an SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital security officer, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.

Kiener was recognized by a colleague who wrote:

Early in my role at Ripon Community Hospital, I had a first session with a patient who arrived feeling very upset. With support from colleagues on site, the session went well and the patient was calm by the end. What stood out most was Jeff’s quiet decision to remain nearby throughout the appointment to ensure support if needed – an unexpected and meaningful example of teamwork, compassion, and our shared commitment to one another and our Mission at SSM Health.

The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
