Brandon Ryan, an SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital Emergency Room patient access representative I, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.

Ryan was recognized by a patient who wrote:

“Brandon made us feel so welcome. He laughed and told jokes to help lighten the situation. He shared a personal story to help my sister relate to what she was going through. Seriously so kind.”

The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
