The SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, 912 S. Hickory Street, Fond du Lac, welcomes Ashley Kluge, APNP, a family medicine nurse practitioner. She is now accepting patients.

As a nurse practitioner, Kluge offers a full range of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services. She diagnoses and treats a variety of health conditions, prescribes medications, and provides patient education. 

Kluge earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and master’s degree in nursing – family nurse practitioner from Marian University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her role, Kluge has specialized interests in preventive care, mental health care and wellness, and patient and family education.

“As a family nurse practitioner, I love the opportunity to provide comprehensive health care across the lifespan, from children to seniors,” according to Kluge. “I want to help my patients live their healthier lives by delivering preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and diagnosing acute illnesses.”

Kluge works with her patients to “build a trusting relationship based on active listening, empathy, and compassionate,” she explains. “I have my patients’ best interests at heart and through shared decision making, we work collaboratively to develop a plan to meet their health and wellness goals.”

Outside of her clinical practice, Kluge enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling to new places.
