Pam Weber, an SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic North Fond du Lac certified medical assistant, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.

Weber was nominated by a patient seeking urgent care, which led to a blood clot diagnosis and treatment.

The patient wrote: “Pam made many phone calls after my first encounter with her. I imagine she receives many calls like mine during her workday, and she is patient with each. She is a great listener, compassionate to the patient, and most of all respectful. During our conversation, she was most professional and caring. I cannot thank her enough for connecting me to the care I needed.”

The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
