The SSM Health Mission Action Team in Fond du Lac has scheduled its annual fall mum sale from 9 am – 3 pm on Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 17 outside the main SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic entrance, 420 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac. The sale will move into the lobby concourse if rain occurs.

The sale will feature an assortment of high quality, fall blooming plants. These include mums in various colors and sizes, Payment is due when selecting mum plants. Cash and checks (payable to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation) are accepted, as well as payroll deduction for employees. No credit cards.

All proceeds will support the SSM Health Employee Relief Fund, which helps employees who are experiencing one of the following situations: serious illness or injury to employee or immediate family member, loss of primary residence due to a fire or natural disaster, or death of an immediate family member.
