Thomas Fabricius, MD, an SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Family Medicine physician, is being recognized as an SSM Health OAK (One of a Kind) Award winner.

The OAK Award is specifically designed to recognize physicians and APPs from the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, Ripon Community Hospital, St. Agnes Hospital, and Waupun Memorial Hospital who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.

Dr. Fabricius was nominated by a patient who has been under his care for the past year working to diagnose health concerns.

“Throughout the entire process, Dr. Tom was always very quick to call or message me about test results and to explain the results. One test result came back on the holiday weekend, but Dr. Tom made it a point to call me to discuss the scan and reassure me.
