
Andres Gonzalez, VP Human Resources, Mercury Marine
Andres Gonzalez is the Vice President of Human Resources for Mercury Marine. In his role, Andres is responsible for all human resources activities covering the company’s nearly 8,000 global employees.
Prior to joining Mercury Marine, Andres spent nearly 25 years with GE. Upon joining GE, he rotated through several assignments while on their Corporate Human Resources Leadership Program. Upon graduation, he moved through several businesses and roles and gained extensive experience in both the manufacturing and financial services side of the company, serving in a series of assignments of increasing responsibility. This included spending time at GE Lighting, GE Power, GE Healthcare, GE Superabrasives, as well as time at GE Capital and at GE’s Corporate headquarters.
Andres earned both his bachelor’s degree as well as his MBA from the University of Denver in Colorado.

Kelly Norton, Grande
Kelly was born and raised in Brownsville, WI and a proud graduate of Lomira High School. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from UW La Crosse, she landed her first job at The First Tee of Green Bay – by “sheer luck”…and the rest is history. From then her professional journey included leadership roles at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, St. Norbert College, Moraine Park Technical College Foundation, Icon Marketing, Y100 County Radio and St. Mary’s Springs Academy – she claims that on paper her “career journey doesn’t make much sense” but has found a non-linear approach to career development far more exciting, personally fulfilling and professionally rewarding. The culmination of her prior experiences opened a door for her to join Grande Cheese Company in 2019 as the Sr. Director of Culture & Engagement – leading the company’s efforts around growing workplace culture, inclusive workplaces, enterprise beautification, social responsibility, community philanthropic development and overall Associate engagement and recently she added talent acquisition to her roles and responsibilities. Kelly lives in Fond du Lac with her husband Tyler of 19 years and their three children, Sophie and Hazen – their 16 year old twins, and their youngest Reese – who is 13.

JJ Raflik, Fond du Lac Family YMCA
JJ is entering his 22nd year with the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, where he has been serving as the CEO/Executive Director since 2019. Prior to his current role, he advanced through a series of positions with increasing responsibility. Raflik began at the Y in 2001 in Youth Sports, was promoted to Youth and Family Coordinator in 2004, Youth Sports Director in 2005, Senior Program Director in 2009, Director of Program Development in 2013, and Associate Executive Director in 2016. In his time, Raflik has overseen growth in several areas including programs, membership, and community collaboration efforts.
JJ has been involved with several committees, boards and service clubs, some of which include Fond du Lac Noon Kiwanis, Fond du Lac Noon Rotary, Girls on the Run of Fond du Lac Advisory Board, Downtown Fond Lac Partnership Board of Directors, CSI of Fond du Lac, Healthy Fond du Lac County Steering Committee, Leadership Fond du Lac County Advisory Committee, and a state-wide YMCA Professional Network Board of Directors.
A native of Lomira, WI, Raflik earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Majoring in Recreation Management from Marian College in 2003. He resides in Fond du Lac with his wife, Angie and two daughters, Jillian and Audrey.

Jolene Schatzinger, Broken Bread Food Pantry
Jolene Schatzinger is the Director of Outreach, Engagement, and Mercy at the Cathedral Church of Saint Paul located in downtown Fond du Lac where her leadership includes overseeing Broken Bread Food Pantry, a ministry that regularly feeds 500-700 people weekly. Previously, Jolene was the Associate Director of Engagement at Ripon College in the Office of Constituent Engagement as well as a Diversity Advocate/Equity Advisor at Ripon College, and a school counselor at Ripon High School. In 2022, Jolene was awarded the Martin Luther King Spirit Legacy Award, which recognized a Ripon College alumnus who displays leadership and advances the cause of justice and equality in the Ripon community and in society. Jolene also currently serves as an alderperson for District 4 on Ripon’s City Council, a position she was elected to in April of 2020. In her capacity as an elected official, she was appointed to and currently serves on the Ripon Fire District Board and the Ripon Community Media Advisory Committee. In the community, Jolene belongs to the League of Women Voters of the Ripon Area, the Ripon Noon Kiwanis, Ripon FFA Alumni, and she serves as a Vestry member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Ripon where she regularly attends Mass led by Mother Ezgi, the first female priest in their over 160-year history. Jolene and her German-immigrant spouse, Henrik, who teaches at Ripon College, along with their adopted cat from the Green Lake Area Animal Shelter, Dasher, love living in Fond du Lac County.
