Sophia Partners Adds Office Coordinator Team Member

Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Meaghan TerBeest as Office Coordinator, a role that will strengthen the organization’s ability to build a network of transformative leaders who positively impact the spaces we share and the places we call home.

Christa Williams, Sophia Partners Executive Director, shared, “We’re thrilled to welcome Meaghan to our associate team. At Sophia Partners, we believe in a workplace environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute, grow, and thrive. We’re looking forward to working together with Meaghan to better serve our stakeholders and create a positive and transformative impact in the spaces we share and the place we call home.”

TerBeest is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by embodying and promoting Sophia’s transformative leadership mindset in every aspect of her work. As a new associate, she is eager to continue her journey of professional growth and development while supporting others in their own professional growth and development.

Upon attending Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac and procuring her Degrees in Business Management, Small Business Entrepreneurship, and Business Logistics Coordination, along with a certification in Project Coordination, TerBeest has found that leadership is the backbone of any organization.

“Everyone is a leader,” TerBeest said. “Choosing servant leadership is not only a choice, it’s a lifestyle.”
