Sophia Partners Adds Community Engagement Team Member

Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners Inc. announced the hiring of Krista Clements as Community Engagement Coordinator & Program Specialist to expand Sophia’s network beyond the Fond du Lac area through impactful programming.

“I’m thrilled to join Sophia Partners and be a part of bringing servant leadership training to a diverse demographic of emerging leaders. I hope to build upon Sophia’s roots in innovative and inclusive ways that make a positive impact,” Clements said.

With connections in La Crosse, Baraboo and throughout Wisconsin, Clements will focus on building and maintaining relationships and partnerships that bring Sophia’s vision of creating more caring community to life. She commented, “As an asset-based community developer and advocate, I look forward to working with people who are interested in exploring what makes our communities great and how we can leverage our abundance together.”

Having earned a Masters of Servant Leadership from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, Clements has over 15 years experience in leadership development, mostly within the context of faith-based organizations and service-learning. She has additional training and certifications in ethical leadership in organizations, nonprofit leadership development and the Leadership Circle Profile, a 360 degree assessment for leader insight and awareness. Clements will utilize her background and experience as a learning facilitator of Sophia’s transformative servant leadership program offerings.

She lives in Baraboo, WI, has one adult son, and is friend to many.
