Seven Sabres named to Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference Team

Seven Sabres from the Marian University women’s bowling program have been named to the Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference Team.

To be eligible for recognition a student-athlete must maintain a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and have been at their current institution for at least two semesters. The CCIW Academic All-Conference Team is named after Dave Wrath who served as the sports information director at Augustana (Ill.) for 40 years and as the CCIW sports information director from 1996-2005. During his tenure with the CCIW he had a major impact in the creation of an academic all-conference program.
