Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners (Sophia) is accepting applications now for its upcoming Servant Leadership Essentials program, a six-part personal and professional development series. Participants in this series will learn valuable servant leadership skills, reflect on and learn about strengths-based leadership, and develop new skills for communication and team building. The program begins January 31, 2022 and the full schedule is available online.

“At its core, Servant Leadership Essentials supports people to be a leader who is committed to the growth and wellbeing of others,” stated Christa Williams, Executive Director of Sophia. “I love watching participants grow, learn and apply aspects of the course into their personal and professional lives. As a facilitator, I get to see people develop greater confidence and self-awareness as a leader by developing skills that improve communication, build trust and accomplish goals.”

Servant Leadership Essentials is open to all individuals who can attend all sessions held online via Zoom. The series is for anyone wishing to realize their full leadership potential whether currently in a leadership position or not. The cost is $350/person which includes all materials.
