Marian University women’s tennis (1-8, 1-7 NACC) narrowly was defeated by Lakeland by a 4-3 final.

- Marian was able to take the No. 3 doubles flight to open by default but were defeated in the top two flights 6-1 to allow Lakeland to take the doubles point.
- Another default win at the No. 6 singles spot put Marian on the board to essentially tie the match.
- Madeline Chimenti had a dominating performance at the No. 5 singles spot going 6-0, 6-0.
- Kendall Pliner won the No. 2 singles spot in a comeback falling 6-4 and winning 7-5 to force a third set. Pliner went on to take the third set 10-6.
- The Muskies took the other three singles spots, however, with Hazel Duchemin narrowly dropping No. 3 by a 10-6 tiebreak.
- At the No. 4 singles spot, Josephine Bruch played well but was swept 6-4, 7-5.
