Marian University women’s soccer (1-3-2, 0-0-0 NACC) put together a strong offensive effort late but could not find an equalizer falling 1-0 to SNC.

• Marian came out of the gates with strong offensive pressure, recording the first shot of the match just 1:18 into play as Daniela Chaname put a shot on frame.
• St. Norbert responded quickly, however, finding the back of the net at the 3:20 mark to take an early 1-0 lead.

• Chaname nearly tied the match at the 58:20 mark, but her shot was turned away.
• Anna Riley almost evened the score in the 72nd minute, but her shot struck the left post and stayed out.
• Despite the sustained offensive pressure, the Sabres were unable to break through as St. Norbert held on for the 1-0 conference victory.
