Marian University men’s soccer (0-2-1, 0-0-0 NACC) rallied in the second half but ultimately fell 4-2 to Lawrence.

• Lawrence controlled play throughout the opening half, outshooting the Sabres 9-0.
• At 30:15, the Vikings broke through the Marian defense to score the opening goal of the game.
• Lawrence continued to apply offensive pressure, resulting in another goal at the 37:38 mark to extend their lead to 2-0 heading into halftime.
• The Vikings added another goal at the 54:00 mark, bringing the score to 3-0 early in the second half.
• At the 68:12 mark, Marian earned a corner kick and Brayden Johnson capitalized on the opportunity with a header that found the back of the net.
• The Vikings responded quickly, scoring their fourth goal at the 70:02 mark.
• At 72:34, Esteban Alvarado converted a penalty kick to bring the Marian deficit back to two.
• The final minutes of the game saw no additional scoring from either side, as the Vikings secured a 4-2 victory over the Sabres. 

• Lawrence outshot Marian 15-3, including a 7-2 advantage in shots on goal.
• Lawrence also held a 4-3 edge in corner kicks.
• Marian committed 11 fouls, compared to nine by Lawrence.
• The Sabres are now 13-5-3 all-time against Lawrence.

	Esteban Alvarado had a hand in both goals assisting the first and scoring the second on a penalty kick.
	Brayden Johnson scored off of a corner kick to open the scoring for Marian.
	Senior Tyler Hall (0-2-1) had 2 saves in the opening half of the game.
