Marian University men’s soccer (2-9-3, 1-6-1 NACC) allowed just one goal to Dominican but it was the lone goal of the game for either side.

- It took 31:17 of action before the first shot on goal of the game between either side came off of the foot of sophomore Hudson Shenk.
- There would be three shots on goal from Dominican in the remainder of the scoreless half.
- The Stars were able to break through and find the back of the net at the 63:23 mark.
- Marian had a pair of chances in the final five minutes of the game but were unable to find an equalizer.
