Marian University men’s lacrosse (0-1, 0-0 NACC) fell to Lake Forest in its season opener by a final score of 15-8.

- Marian would manage two goals in the fourth but LFC would net four goals to put the final at 15-8.

- Lake Forest had a 54-26 advantage for shots in the game with Marian managing double-digit shots only in the opening stanza.
- The Foresters also had a 35-13 advantage on ground balls.
