Marian University field hockey (6-1, 0-0 CFHC) suffered its first setback of the season falling 1-0 in double overtime at Concordia Wisconsin.

- The Falcons outshot Marian 3-1 in the opening quarter before Marian finished with a 5-0 edge in a dominating second quarter.

- With more space to work with, both sides played a fairly even first overtime, but still, nobody was able to score.
- The Sabres had an 8-3 edge for shots in the second overtime, but CUW was able to score on a penalty corner with only 44 seconds left.
