- Senior Logan Rademan cut the Marian deficit back down to four in the seventh with a run-producing single.
- A pair of runs from the Regents in the eighth inning proved to be the final runs of the game.
- Marian tied a NACC record for conference wins with 17 in 2024 and reached the NACC Tournament for the first time since 2019, excluding the 2021 season.
- The Sabres also tied a NACC-era single-season record for wins.
