Senior Cailie Pliner helped lead Marian University softball to a sweep of St. Norbert to earn NACC Pitcher of the Week honors.

Pliner (Mayville, Wis.) went 5.0 innings allowing only two earned runs with one strikeout in game two of a conference doubleheader with SNC.  The victory improved her to 3-1 on the season.

Marian is scheduled to take on Ripon in its home opener Thursday, March 28 for a 3 p.m. non-conference twin bill.
