No. 4 Marian University ACHA D2 (17-3-0, 10-0-0 NCHL) closed out the regular season defeating UW-Oshkosh 4-0 and No. 24 Aurora 4-1.

GAME 1 (UW-OSHKOSH, ROAD, W, 4-0)
- Marian was able to get ou tto a strong start with Serge Simard and Gavyn Galloway each lighting the lamp in the opening period.
- This proved to be more than enough as the Sabre defense put together a dominating performance.
- Justin Doucette added to the lead with a goal in the second, and Devon Butler iced the game with a power-play score in the third period.
GAME 2 (AURORA, HOME, W, 4-1)
- Game two of the weekend started a little slower with Aurora netting a power play as the lone score of the opening period.
- The Sabre offense was able to pick things up for the final two periods opening with an Easton Nick power-play score to tie the game in the second period.
- The Sabres then took the lead off of a Simon Ellingson power-play goal to open the third.
- Chris Regan was able to pad the lead, and Butler once again iced the game with the final goal, this time short-handed.

GAME 1
- Marian finished with a 50-22 advantage for shots and had at least 14 shots in all three periods.
- The Sabres killed off all four UWO power plays and went 1-for-3 on the power play.
- The shutout was the fourth this season and second against the Titans.
- Marian is now 18-1-0 all-time against UW-Oshkosh.
GAME 2
- Marian finished with a 35-25 edge for shots and had at last 14 shots in the final two periods.
- The Sabre power play finished 3-for-4, while the penalty kill allowed one goal in just as many chances.
- Marian improves to 10-7-0 all-time against the Spartans with wins in four of the last five games.
