Junior Allyson Nichols of Marian University field hockey has been named the CFHC Offensive Player of the Week.
Nichols (Little Falls, N.Y.) had a hand in ever goal leading Marian to a 5-4 win over Concordia Wisconsin in non-conference action. She scored three goals and had two assists for her second hat trick of the season. It is also the fourth time in her career with at least eight points in a single game. Nichols closes out the regular season second in the CFHC for points per game and third in the conference for goals per game.
