Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners Inc. recently welcomed Nichole Rusniaczek as Youth Leadership Fond du Lac Coordinator for the 2023-2024 program year. In this role, Rusniaczek will lead leadership and community-building experiences for twenty participating high school students from the Greater Fond du Lac area.

Youth Leadership Fond du Lac is an eight month program designed for junior year high school students. Grounded in the philosophy of servant leadership, this program increases student
knowledge of the people, resources and organizations that make our communities better.

“I intend to encourage and inspire students to grow their leadership skills and better understand how they can positively contribute to their communities through the exposure they will receive in
this program,” Rusniaczek said.

Rusniaczek has been an educator in Fond du Lac for the past 25 years, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She commented, “Connecting with kids and families at school and throughout the community brings me joy!”

She lives with her husband, two daughters, and two teddy bear puppies in Fond du Lac, WI.
