New Manufacturing Alliance Announces the Winners of The 2025 Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards

The Northeast Wisconsin (NEW) Manufacturing Alliance’s 14th annual “Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards” will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Resch Expo in Green Bay. The event will spotlight best practices of manufacturing and education collaborations throughout northeast Wisconsin as well as showcasing top talent from local manufacturing companies. 

Ann Franz, NEW Manufacturing Alliance’s executive director stated “The Awards dinner is a celebration of the strong partnerships that have formed between manufacturers and education.” She added, “The evening will showcase best practices and provide other schools and manufacturers a roadmap they can replicate.”

The Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards will recognize the following winners:

Career Pathmaker – Administrator – Joe Ciontea, WTEA
Career Pathmaker – Educator – Cyndi Pavelski, Inspire Wisconsin – CESA 6
Career Pathmaker – Tech Ed Teacher – Max Garvey, Oshkosh Area School District
Higher Education – James B. Mathews, College of Menominee Nation & Clintonville High School

The organization will also be recognizing the 2025 All Stars at the event.  Companies that have an employee being recognized are: Burger Boat, Georgia-Pacific, Green Bay Drop Forge, KI, Miller Electric, Nature’s Way, Nicolet Plastics, Nueske Applewood Smoked Meats, Rockline Industries, Titletown Manufacturing and U.S. Lubricants.
