National Exchange Bank & Trust has announced numerous promotions within the organization.
Jane Becker – Operations Officer

Jane Becker is promoted to Operations Officer. She is based out of the bank’s West Bend office.
Becker began her career with the bank in 2000 as a teller and steadily advanced into leadership roles. As Operations Manager, she played a key role in coordinating branch activities and supporting employees to maintain smooth, efficient deposit operations. In her new position as Operations Officer, Becker will continue to lead the West Bend office, guiding its team and overseeing daily operations.
A lifelong resident of West Bend and graduate of West Bend East High School, Becker continues to call West Bend home. She remains deeply involved in the community, serving on the Senior Citizens Activities Board and the Youth & Family Project Board, as well as contributing her time as a committee member for Smile West Bend.
Josh Blatz – AVP/Ag & Commercial Lending

Josh Blatz is promoted to AVP/ Ag & Commercial Lending. He is based out of the Campbellsport office.
Blatz joined the bank in 2019 as an Agricultural and Commercial Lending Officer. In his expanded role, Blatz will continue supporting local businesses by managing a loan portfolio and providing personalized guidance to Commercial, Agricultural, and Municipal customers. His work remains centered on delivering responsive lending solutions and building strong, long‑term relationships.
Blatz grew up in Eden and is a graduate of Campbellsport High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Finance from UW–La Crosse. He currently resides in Eden with his family and remains active in the community, serving as a member of the Campbellsport Lions.
Cassie Busalacchi – Operations Officer

Cassie Busalacchi is promoted to Operations Officer; she is based out of the bank’s Westfield office.
Busalacchi joined the bank in 2016 as the Branch Manager of the Westfield location. In 2021, she was promoted to Business Development Specialist, followed by a promotion to Operations Manager in 2023. In her expanded role, she will oversee day‑to‑day operations, provide training and leadership to her team, and continue supporting business development efforts in Westfield and the surrounding area.
Originally from Milwaukee, Busalacchi now resides in Oxford. She actively volunteers for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, Sons and Daughters of Italy in America and Fiesta Italiana, among other organizations and events.
Isaac Mueller – VP/ Commercial Lending

Isaac Mueller is promoted to VP/Commercial Lending and will continue to serve customers from the Fond du Lac – W. Johnson Street office.
Mueller joined the bank in 2007 and has been in lending throughout his tenure. In his new role, Mueller will oversee commercial lending relationships, support business clients with financing solutions and contribute to the strategic growth of the bank’s commercial portfolio.
A graduate of St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac, Mueller went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from UW–Stevens Point. He resides in Fond du Lac and remains active in the community through his involvement with the Cops for Kids program and the St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) Booster Club.
Kris Sailberlich – AVP/Commercial Lending

Kris Sailberlich is promoted to AVP/ Commercial Lending and is based out of the downtown Fond du Lac office.
Sailberlich joined the bank in 2019 as a retail lender. In 2023, he transferred to the bank’s Waupun location and began focusing on business lending before returning to Fond du Lac in 2025. In his expanded role as an AVP in Commercial Lending, he will focus on new business development in Fond du Lac and the surrounding area while continuing to serve his current customer base.
A Fond du Lac native and graduate of Fond du Lac High School, Saiberlich earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and his master’s degree in business administration from Lakeland University. He currently resides in Fond du Lac with his family and is an active volunteer in the community. His involvement includes serving as an assistant coach for Marian University men’s basketball, coaching youth baseball for the Fond du Lac Basketball Club and serving as President and member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac.
