Marian University women’s volleyball (9-15, 3-6 NACC) snapped a five-match losing streak defeating Wisconsin Lutheran 19-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-19.

- Wisconsin Lutheran started fast and took an early 8-3 lead and brought that lead out to 17-11.
- Marian was able to trim its deficit down to two but the Warriors closed out the opening set with a 6-2 run.
- The roles reversed in the second set but an early 11-5 Sabre lead was erased by six unanswered points from WLC.
- The two squads went back-and-forth to a 20-20 stalemate before Marian took advantage of five straight WLC attack errors to even the sets.
- Neither side led my more than three points in the third set eventually leading to a 22-22 tie.
- The Sabres scored the next two points only for WLC to fight off a pair of set-point chances and tie the set at 24-24.
- Back-to-back kills from Marian gave the Sabres a 2-1 advantage.
- The fourth set was similar to the third with Marian holding a slim 18-17 lead.
- The Sabres were then able to end the match going on a 7-2 spurt with five kills.

- Marian finished with a 52-38 advantage in kills and had at least 11 kills in all four sets.
- The back row finished with a 67-49 edge for digs.
- Wisconsin Lutheran had an advantage at the net with 10 blocks to only three for Marian.
- The Sabres improved to 30-23 all-time against Wisconsin Lutheran.
