Marian University women’s soccer (1-1-1, 0-0-0 NACC) used a strong defensive performance to earn a 0-0 draw at Lawrence.

- The first half was all Lawrence as the Sabres were outshot 7-1, but Marian was able to keep the Vikings off the board.
- Lawrence nearly opened the scoring just 45 seconds in but a shot would hit the top of the frame and trickle out.
- The second half was much more competitive but still neither offense could tally a goal.
- The Vikings once again had a shot hit off of the woodwork in the 71st minute.
- Marian had the final opportunity but a shot from sophomore Caitlin Traver would be saved.

- Marian was outshot 13-5 for the game but shots on goal were only a 5-3 advantage for the Vikings.
- The tie is the second tie all-time between the two squads and the first time Marian was not defeated by Lawrence since 2018.
- With her five saves, sophomore Chelsea King posts her third shutout in just six career games.
