Marian women’s bowling places 14th at ISBPA / Kegel Classic

Marian University women’s bowling opened the second half of the season finishing 14th out of 55 teams at the ISBPA / Kegel Classic.

  • Marian was consistent in traditional play with scores ranging from 958 to 878 culminating in a total score of 4,665.
  • A strong start to Baker play saw Marian reach at least 180 pins in six of the first seven games.  
  • Marian had four games with at least 200 pins in Baker play including a tournament-high 221 in the 12th game.  
  • The Sabres closed out Baker play with 2,938 pins for an overall total of 7,603.
  • Marian was one of 16 schools to finish with an overall total above 7,500 pins.

Brianna Clemons led the Sabres with a 186.0 average to finish 73rd.
Katie Bialke had more than 200 pins in all four games she competed in finishing with a 211.0 average.
Delanie Vogt had an average of 176.8 over five games.
