Marian women’s bowling opens second half strong at ISBPA/Kegel Classic

Marian University women’s bowling opened the second half of the season with a ninth-place finish at the ISBPA/Kegel Classic.

  • Marian finished with a total of 7,503 to finish ninth in the field of 50 teams.
  • Mount Mercy was the lone score to finish above 8,000 at 8,003 to finish first.
  • From the field, 30 of the 50 teams finished above 7,000.

Senior Jocelynn Eggert continued her strong play finishing eighth with a 206.4 average.  She finished the event with a 209 and 255.
Senior Brenna Schiekiera tied for 28th with a 194.2 average.  She opened the event with a 243.
Junior Kyley Olson tied for 51st with a 186.8 average.  She had a 224 and 202 in her final two games.
