Marian University women’s basketball has announced the dates for its annual middle school and high school camps.
Each camp will give campers the chance to experience a collegiate-level workout run by the Marian women’s basketball coaching staff and current members of the team. An emphasis will be placed on fundamentals, competing against top talent, mental skills, and drills that can be used outside of the camp. Both camps include free snacks, and a t-shirt. The high school camp also includes a question and answer session with current members of the Sabres women’s basketball team and a tour of the Marian University campus. Check-in for any session of either camp begins 15 minutes prior to the stated start time.
The week kicks off with the middle school camp, entering grades 5-8, with sessions from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, August 4 and Tuesday, August 5. Interested participants can sign up for either session with the cost being $50 and limited to 30 campers per session. To register for the middle school camp CLICK HERE.
There will then be four sessions for the high school camp with sessions at 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, August 7 and Friday, August 8. Similarly to the middle school camp, interested participants can sign up for one session with the cost being $60 and limited to only 25 campers per session.
