Marian University’s Dr. Joshua Clary, Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students, has been selected to participate in the Council of Independent Colleges’ (CIC) Executive Leadership Academy (ELA).
The Executive Leadership Academy is a highly respected, yearlong program designed to help experienced higher education leaders prepare for increased responsibilities, including college and university presidencies. Participants also benefit from a Professional Experience Plan, mentorship, executive coaching, and ongoing peer discussions. It’s a proven program, with many past participants going on to serve as university presidents or chancellors.
“We’re enthusiastic for Dr. Clary to have this opportunity,” said Aaron Sadoff, President of Marian. “His participation in the Executive Leadership Academy will undoubtedly strengthen his leadership and contribute significantly to Marian University’s ongoing success.”
