Marian University named Tracy Qualmann Assistant Vice President for Marketing. In this position, Qualmann will lead the University’s marketing and branding efforts.

Qualmann is no stranger to Marian University. She worked at Marian full-time for more than 20 years, leaving in 2018 as the Director of Marketing and Communication. She pursed a short career in the private sector before returning to the non-profit world at Envision Greater Fond du Lac as their Senior Director of Marketing and Communication. Qualmann remained an adjunct instructor at Marian during her departure.
“I’m happy to be back,” Qualmann, said. “There is something about the energy on a campus and the thought of knowing you’re helping shape the future. I look forward to the challenges and opportunities in this role.”
Qualmann is active in the community, serving on a number of non-profit boards, including Fishing Has No Boundaries, Fond du Lac Community Theatre, Fond du Lac Noon Optimists, Salute the Troops, and UW Fox Cities Foundation. Additionally, she serves as the Fair Director for the Badger State Science and Engineering Fair. Qualmann is a Fond du Lac native and is mom to two adult sons.
