Program offered over the summer, 5 classes, each course is 7 weeks, fully online
Marian University (Wisconsin) will hold their Social Work Bridge Courses Program again this summer. This is an innovative and flexible online learning
pathway designed to help professionals with a prior bachelor’s degree transition into the field of social work. These course offerings support individuals in completing required social work coursework on a schedule that aligns with their personal and professional lives.
Marian’s Bridge Courses are part of the Social Work Training Certificate (SWTC) track and are available this summer, delivering strong academic quality in a format tailored to diverse learning needs. The summer cohort runs May through August in a compact seven-week format without weekly deadlines, though all work must be submitted by the end of term.
Key features of the Social Work Bridge Courses Program include:
- Flexible delivery: Fully online with optional in-person opportunities during the academic year, catering to working professionals and students with varied commitments.
- Accessible payment plans: Payment plan options available for courses offered in the fall and spring terms.
- Early registration encouraged: Due to limited seats and high demand, Marian strongly encourages early course registration, ideally by April 15, 2026. Those who apply and enroll by April 15, 2026, will have the $50 fee waived.
To enroll in the program, applicants must hold a current State Training Certificate prior to registration and demonstrate strong computer proficiency and time management skills to support success in an online academic environment.
