Marian University Announces Reduced Tuition Rate for Social Work Bridge Courses, Expanding Access for Adult Learners

Fully online summer program offers flexible, accelerated pathway into social work at $295 per credit

Marian University (Wisconsin)  is making it more affordable than ever for aspiring social workers to advance their careers, announcing a reduced tuition rate of $295 per credit for its Social Work Bridge Courses Program offered this summer.

Designed for individuals who already hold a bachelor’s degree, the program provides an innovative and flexible online pathway to transition into the field of social work while balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

The Social Work Bridge Courses are part of Marian’s Social Work Training Certificate (SWTC) track and will run May through August. The program includes five fully online courses delivered in an accelerated seven-week format, allowing students to complete required coursework efficiently. While there are no weekly deadlines, all assignments must be submitted by the end of the term, offering added flexibility for busy adult learners.

Due to limited capacity and strong demand, early registration is encouraged. Students who apply and enroll by April 15, 2026, will have the $50 application fee waived.

To enroll in the program, applicants must hold a current State Training Certificate prior to registration and demonstrate strong computer proficiency and time management skills to support success in an online academic environment.
